Skill Base Template was created by TechSpokes: www.techspokes.com.
Several bootstrap files in this repository contain distilled, operational versions of TechSpokes internal research and specifications. They are adapted for public template use and are not full copies of the original source documents.
Distilled areas include:
- Cross-intelligence communication theory.
- AGENTS.md structure and instruction-file design.
- README.md structure and public repository cover guidance.
- Markdown form engineering and style rules.
- Problem framing and task decomposition.
- Agent skill repository packaging and maintenance workflow.
The original research files are broader, longer, and more exploratory than this template needs. Bundling them would increase context load and make bootstrap agents distinguish research notes from actionable instructions.
This repository carries the operational guidance needed to build and maintain skill repositories. It preserves the relevant reasoning in compact form.
The template applies TechSpokes ideas about cross-intelligence communication, agent-readable repository structure, directive-file design, Markdown as transport engineering, and the transition from bootstrap instructions to maintainable agent skill repositories.
The central idea is that agent instructions work better when they preserve purpose, reasoning, authority boundaries, and verification paths rather than only listing steps.
