Unable to load 3D models (GLB/OBJ/FBX) via client-side upload #7567

Environment

Local TerriaJS development setup
Running on localhost:3001
KML file uploads work correctly

Issue

When attempting to upload 3D model files (GLB, OBJ, or FBX), I receive:
"Data could not be added: Data could not be added"

What I've Tried

Added the required domains to serverconfig.json allowProxyFor list
Confirmed basic file uploads work (KML)
Checked jasmine-2.99.0 is present in third_party directory
