ctrl+enter not detected by on_key event

ctrl+enter is a standard convention used when wanting to submit no matter where you are in a form. It would be nice if Textual supported it.

Sorry about that. I read through the documentation but was unable to figure out how to run textual keys without a little help from the discord channel. I have it working now. I will close the feature request.
