Reach out to the design org in IBM (and elsewhere? Who else can we work with?) to get design resources to help us with the following:

  1. User Research: conduct interviews with our design partners to validate our understanding of their problems, and to validate our value hypotheses. We aim to have 3-5 participants from each of the two target communities (research orgs, solution developers).
  2. Design Artifacts: produce user journey maps and UX mockups for the intended solution
  3. Design Workshop: facilitate a design workshop with project contributors, partners and other stakeholders.
  4. UI Design: design and produce the UI for the TSEI leaderboard and other interactive components.

Expected timeline for these activities is 1Q25.
