As discussed here, we need a simple benchmark for RAG to use as part of a workshop being developed by the Community team. Requirements:

Installs and runs easily on a laptop with no user customization, etc. required.
Provides a single score, 0-100%
The Q&A dataset used can be automatically generated from a website scrape using a teach model.
