Create workshop: Running Safety Benchmark Suites

As part of the TSEI promotion plan, This workshop is similar to #43, where the emphasis is on benchmarks themselves, with less focus on execution techniques. However, it focuses on picking and using established standard benchmarks for safety, such as Granite Guardian, Llama Guard, MLCommons AILuminate, etc.
