Nightly fuzz: miscompile divergence (seeds 760001..)

The nightly differential fuzzer found an exit-code divergence between
debug and release builds (a silent miscompile).

• Seed window: start=760001, count=1000, shard=0
• Failing repros are attached to the run as the fuzz-repros-760001 artifact.
• Replay any case with python tools/fuzz/genprog.py <seed>, then bisect
  the pass with METTLE_SKIP_PASS (see tools/fuzz/README.md).
