Hey, this question is a little unrelated. I would ask this question on the sky130 repo, but it's archived.
How were the golden liberty files for sky130 created? Did they use tools from Cadence, Synopsys, or other open-source software? Did they verify with a fabricated chip?
We have been trying to run the cell at lower voltages than rated and need a way to confirm that our characterization is accurate when it's fabricated.
We need guidance on the best practices and common methods for accurate characterization.
