IPC Battery Kill #1742
Description
If an IPC is unable to walk (legs/feet removed), they will instantly die. Even when a micro is placed in them or an admin sets it so they have 0% battery drain/give them an infinite battery, the IPC will instantly cause the battery to drop to 0% when they attempt to move.
