Mesh starts to overlap itself when graph settings are updated

For the equation y = 0x + 0z (the XZ plane), changing the ranges makes the graph start to overlap on itself and create some other visual issues. I changed them to -20 -> 20 for all from the base -10 to 10.

This also happens when editing the step size. Setting the same size from .1 to .01 for the same graph renders something completely incorrect.
