Android widget are JavaBeans, and Binding.scala supports arbitrary data-binding expressions on arbitrary JavaBeans: https://github.com/ThoughtWorksInc/Binding.scala/wiki/FXML

However, Binding.scala has not been adapted to Android XML format.

TL;DR:

At the moment, you can create Android UI in Binding.scala flavored FXML.
