Scala 2.13.x support

Hello, this issue is just a simple question about 2.13.x compatiblity, scaladex showing that this project is only compatible with Scala 2.12/2.11.

If this project doesn't have recent versions support, do you think it will take long time (for you, a contributor, or me) to add Scala 2.13.x support ?
