Feature request: Ability to switch display profile through CLI

I would like to be able to switch profiles via a command-line interface (CLI). For example, running a command like monique switch "HDR" would activate the specified profile.

Currently, there is no CLI support for profile switching. The only way to switch profiles is to open the Monique app and select one manually.

Once a CLI command exists, users can bind it to any hotkey or button using external tools for better ease of use and customization. The application itself does not need to handle hotkey binding – just provide a simple CLI interface for profile switching.

This feature would enable quick and easy profile management without requiring manual interaction with the GUI or hacky workarounds for monitor configuration for power users who wish to have additional customization.

This has been implemented in v0.6.2. Monique now supports the following CLI commands:

# List all saved profiles (JSON array)
monique --list-profiles

# Get the currently active profile name
monique --current-profile

# Switch to a specific profile
monique --switch-profile "HDR"

You can bind monique --switch-profile <name> to any hotkey in your compositor config for quick switching.

The active profile is also persisted across sessions, so --current-profile will always reflect the last applied profile (whether set via GUI, daemon hotplug, or CLI).
