Unable to configure Configuration Manager for Hosted Chef

Would be easier to give option of 'enterprise chef', 'hosted enterprise chef', or 'open source chef' when setting host. If 'enterprise' option is selected, populate with hosted chef endpoint ('https://api.opscode.com'), then allow user to enter organization name. (No port required)
