When you create a new note under a file, the note will automatically link to the file in the note map.

Python (folder) contains the Dictionary (file), so they should be linked together, but I need to do it manually.

@williamcheuk03 , the note map has two modes: Link Map and Tree Map.
What you're looking for is the Tree Map which can be accessed via the button.

@williamcheuk03 , what do you mean individually? If you wish to have it only for a subset of notes, but full screen, you can create a new Note Map note. It will list all its children.

I can open a graph view to display all the connection of notes
