Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

At Trivedram, we are committed to fostering an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and respectful community.

We pledge to make participation in our community a positive experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, level of experience, education, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

We believe that great software is built by great communities, and great communities are built on kindness, respect, and collaboration.

Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment include:

  • Being respectful and considerate.
  • Welcoming people from all backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Giving and accepting constructive feedback gracefully.
  • Helping others learn and grow.
  • Being patient and supportive.
  • Taking responsibility for mistakes and learning from them.
  • Focusing on what is best for the community.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind.
  • Personal attacks or insults.
  • Trolling or intentionally disruptive behavior.
  • Publishing private information without permission.
  • Hate speech or abusive language.
  • Threats or intimidation.
  • Any conduct that creates an unsafe or unwelcoming environment.

Our Responsibilities

Project maintainers are responsible for maintaining a respectful and inclusive community.

Maintainers may:

  • Remove or edit comments that violate this Code of Conduct.
  • Warn contributors about inappropriate behavior.
  • Temporarily or permanently restrict participation when necessary.
  • Take any action they believe is appropriate to protect the community.

All moderation decisions will be made fairly and in good faith.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all community spaces, including:

  • GitHub repositories
  • GitHub Issues
  • Pull Requests
  • GitHub Discussions
  • Project documentation
  • Community chats
  • Social media interactions representing Trivedram
  • Events organized by Trivedram

Reporting Issues

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it privately to the project maintainers.

When reporting an incident, please include:

  • A description of what happened.
  • Links or screenshots (if available).
  • Any relevant context.

Reports will be reviewed promptly and handled respectfully. We will make every reasonable effort to protect the privacy of everyone involved.

Enforcement

Community leaders will follow these general principles when responding to unacceptable behavior:

  1. Understand the situation.
  2. Communicate respectfully.
  3. Take appropriate action.
  4. Prioritize the safety and well-being of the community.
  5. Learn from incidents to improve the community.

Consequences may include:

  • A private warning.
  • Temporary suspension from community spaces.
  • Removal of comments or content.
  • Permanent removal from the community for severe or repeated violations.
