Add selection on long-press
When selection is active
- Single tap selects or unselects item instead of opening context menu
- Add items to 3-dot menu: Select None, Hide, Remove
Add Select All to 3-dot menu
Remove Refresh from 3-dot menu when user is not logged in (it wipes sub list)
