Map shows up as fully NA for Cook County, IL Mortgage Application Rate - All (%)

When I click on a tract, it seems like there is non-missing data per sparkline and chart.

I also tested with Montgomery County, MD and map appeared as expected.

This is an amazing catch Alena, it occurred because the leaflet map was pulling available data for all years instead of the most recent one, overwriting polygons with NA values. This should greatly speed up load times as well.
