Correct the way we add 'slp##' to metrics #119

Add 'slp##' BEFORE Cat and Ws in metric column names, and DO NOT add 'slp##' to end of CatArea, WsArea, CatPctFull and WsPctFull. Handling happens in MakeFinalTables.py
