Column Q, row 1 corresponds to the Analyte Identifier “Accepted Droplets”. These will appear twice, but only need to be imported once. Column R will contain values for analyte identifiers whose name will be the value in the corresponding row of Column D + “Positive Droplets”. For instance, in the data file attached, cell R2 would contain a measured value for a result with an analyte identifier of “int1 Positive Droplets”. Column S will contain values for analyte identifiers whose name will be the value in the corresponding row of Column D + “Negative Droplets”. For instance, in the data file attached, cell S2 would contain a measured value for a result with an analyte identifier of “int1 Negative Droplets”.
Columns E, Q, R, and S Column C (Measured Value) Measured Values for all columns begin at row 2. See notes in the row above for which measured values correspond with which analyte identifier.
