xkcd search by title

currently the !xkcd <id> command will only search for a comic by its id. Because of the way the api is set up this is the only practical way without some fun trickery. Luckily for you, you get do to do this tricekry! Poking around in the following repos might provide some inspiratiion (or a good api):
