marker generation scripts are broken and incorrect.

Besides the fact there are numerous errors in the breadcrumb detect python scripts, the documentation refers to misnamed files and doesn't explain the arguments for generating STag markers.

ie stag_marker_generator.py is actual file misnamed gen_stag_markers.py in docs, plus no explanation how to use.

also

sudo apt install python-cairosvg doesn't work but

pip3 install cairosvg
