Servers like Wynncraft have specific UI designs as their own personalized XP Bar, adding an option to hide item names for the hotbar could help in similar scenarios by making text less intrusive. I didn't find the option in the server itself and apparently it still isn't natively supported in Vanilla.
And, as an extra, if your mod and Legendary Tooltips worked together, they wouldn't override each other and both have really nice features (and borders).
