Invalid hardware configuration recovery

Agent should show a recovery screen when encountering with invalid hardware configuration. The screen should offer UHK 60 v1 vs v2 option and also offer ANSI vs ISO option.

This issue is so rare that we'll rather expose a command line interface for it via the Agent binary.
