Incorrect handling of abstain votes #109

Bug Description
Abstain votes are tallied as "no" votes in Uniswap governance proposal pages. Teton Finance voted abstain on proposal 13 but is tallied as "no."

Expected Behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Abstain votes should be counted separately from "no." Teton Finance in the above page should be "abstain."
