Verified tab never loads

Bug Description
When you filter delegates to 'Verified', the list never loads.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://sybil.org/#/delegates/uniswap
2. Click on the 'Verified' toggle
3. The list never loads

Expected Behavior
Should load the list of Verified delegates
