Bug Description
When a user is signed in with multiple Twitter accounts, verification as a delegate sometimes fails. Shreyas from llama DAO reported this on July 16. He confirmed he was signed in with both a personal account and a dao twitter account.
Ian said when users switch between accounts, it's tricky to pick that up via oauth API
One solution is to prompt the user to type in the account username
