Unity Render Streaming Version is 3.1.0-exp.7，WebRTC Version is 3.0.0-pre.6。Package the PC program normally, but there will be an error after startup. The screenshot of the error message related to window flashing is shown below.

I have tried multiple versions, such as 3.1.0-exp6, 3.1.0-exp5, and 3.1.0-exp7. The effect is that the Unity editor runs normally, but the above problem occurs after starting the PC package. Windows version: Windows 11 22H2

Attempted to package the PC version using Windows 10 and found that it could start normally. Can you consider why Widowns11 cannot start normally in the future? Now the Windows 11 system has become popular.
