I would suggest to add a sub tab for the users watchlist in the "Shows" tab (similar to the sub tab in the "Movies" tab). First of all it would ease the access of the watchlist feature, which is in my use case a really important one. Secondly it would streamline the general user experience, so that a feature which is equally for shows as for movies is in both cases in the same place.
I hope this wasn't discussed before, but I could only find issues relating to implementing the watchlist feature of Trakt in general.
PS: Love your app and thank you for all the work your putting into it. I used it back in 2014 but lost track of it for a while. It was really impressive for me to see what a huge part of development happend since then, when I stumbled on it again this month.

Thanks! However, for shows it typically makes more sense to just add them to your SeriesGuide library. The watchlist for shows is also a Trakt only feature, where for movies it also works without Trakt.
Regarding your first concern:
I know it is possible to just add the show to my SeriesGuide library. But my problem is, that my library (probably like the ones of many others) is already big enough and listed with so many shows that I have begun and want to continue to watch. I don't see a point in adding more shows to it, that I haven't watched yet, just to keep them in mind. Then there would be of course the possibility of adding all the shows to a watchlist using the "List" feature, but IMHO is this not the desired place to do this, because I would need to create a second list of a the shows have watched already, just to separate the two kinds of shows. And finally this wouldn't solve the problem of my cluttered library in the first place.
Regarding your second concern:
I'm not sure I have understood your argument quite right. Isn't it possible to implement a watchlist tab/feature that's not relying on Trakt and works locally only?
If that's the case I can understand implementing a watchlist tab just for the folks who use Trakt may be out of scope. But if it is possible, I would still call for my initiative enhancement idea and add the implementation of a local only watchlist feature to it.
