Previous issue title: MVP UI has a missing texture

Your system information

CPU: Intel i7-6700
GPU: GTX 960/HD 530
OS: Windows 11 (yes I'm running it on incompatible hardware, I'm not going to risk my computer exposed out there next year without switching to Linux long-term)

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Since the 8/8/2024 patch, the MVP banner that appears in every end of a round now shows the infamous pink texture missing placeholder. The missing texture is present before the aforementioned patch. (1.40.2.3 or earlier branches)

I was going to report this also way earlier, but there is also an unnecessary texture related to the MVP banner on the top of the radar since the Real MVP update.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Play the game as normal
2. Wait until round ends

Disregarding the first issue after reinstalling CS2, however the second issue remains intact.
