my game setting 4:3 1440x1080，If I launch the game in windowed mode with -insecure, the game will have a black screen. I tried upgrading/downgrading the graphics card driver version, but it didn't work.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. start game with -insecure
2. setting game to windowed mode
3. the game go black screen
