New CLI tool for multiple patterns search based on VectorScan

Hi,

I developed new CLI tool which allow simultaneous search for many patterns. Its name is - hprscript.
First version was based on HyperScript 5.4. Now I switched my tool to VectorScan to allow run on ARM devices.
May be you can take a look at it. It is open source.
