Describe the bug
Inline Markdown has no effect in cells

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a table with the advanced markdown table plugin enabled
2. Click within a cell
3. Enter inline Markdown, e.g., **should be bolded text**, `should display as code`, *should be italicized text*
4. Move the cursor to another cell or outside the table

Expected behavior
The text within the cell should be rendered by Markdown.
