New Feature: Discussion Page

Discussion pages should be implemented for Idea and Proposal expanded information pages.

Implementation Guide

• For each Idea, and proposal page: Allow users to communicate metadata-rich messages over IPFS pubsub channels
  • Chat history: Rebuild history linearly from dates in received messages
    • Render embedded Ideas, and Proposals as links with Vision-specific UI decorations
    • Render embedded metadata with metadata viewer
  • Chat box: Allow users to send raw text
    • Allow users to include IPFS-uploaded metadata encoded via ipfs.ts convenience methods
    • Allow users to embed Ideas, and Proposals as Ethereum addresses, rendered for human readability
    • If time permits: reactions, replies
