MySQL Feature Tests

I'd like every feature of MySQL tested, including but not limited to

Insertion / Retrieval

• Date, time, timestamp (we should be able to insert/retrieve boost's temporal types, as well as types we deem compatible, such as time_t perhaps)
• Tiny, short, long, longlong, float, double
• Every type mentioned as an optional, to make sure every conversion works

Creation / Deletion

• Databases
• Tables
• Rows
• Locks
• Transactions
