Incompatibility with Vortex Mod Manager Extension

Hello WTT Team,

I am working on creating a Vortex Extension for use with SPT Modding, and while testing your mod, It threw an error during server start up.

This happens because Vortex uses a file to signify its control over a folder.

And something in your code is trying to read the file instead of skipping over it and errors out if one of the copies is placed in the WTT-PackNStrap\db\Items folder.
