I try to use Necto Mono, Meridiana, Yuki Code, Lotion none of them are working, they work in notepad++ and Sublime Text.

WinMerge does not support variable-width fonts.
These fonts may actually be fixed-width fonts, but Windows cannot recognize them as such.
