I've completed application vetting.

Conclusion:

Second opinion is needed as applicant already started a meetup group. However the group name missing capital "P" as it has to be "WordPress". Also the group has official WordPress trademark in the cover image. Ref: https://i.snipboard.io/rlBv52.jpg
