Low-/no-tech educational content

As part of the eventual release and marketing alongside WP 6.9, we'll want to work on some low-tech / no-tech educational content for site owners that can be leveraged in WP 6.9 about page / blog post as well as any direct outreach the WP AI team makes to help promote the AI Experiments plugin. As we iterate on what this could be, we can update this issue placeholder content with a checklist and/or list of sub-issues to help track what's needed.
