We now have the option to give more information in the checks #557, so it will help the developers how to solve problems with the checks. We need to create a description and URL for more information in each result of checks.

We should keep the same format as we created here.

Each team could help in their checks.

It has been published a new section in the developer HandBook:
https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-org/common-issues/

It will be used in repo checks.
