Inventory management

So hello!

I notice using the save editor that it has 3 "Misc" tabs where certain values are to be put in. No matter what I put in these columns, the item(s) doesnt seem to appear at all in the end when loading back save :/
Are there certain Item Listing needed or such?

Does the issue persist with the latest release, or was it resolved?
