How to change language of a window?

There is a situation where I need to set a specific window's language to english and other windows' language to Chinese. Is it possible by using this library?

If your windows don't have a lot of elements, you can try using the ForceCulture argument. You can also write converter if you need dynamic culture. Some details you can find in this discussion #357
Unfortunately, I don't know another way to localize the whole window.
