Add wiki items

• Add references to multilevel theory paper (e.g. which bound corresponds to which Theorem, etc.) in Doxygen comments in source code
• Add license

This all looks like a good to-do list. Regarding the license, I would put it out under BSD, or LGPL 2.1. XBraid is currently under LGPL 2.1 (you need to get the right version here), but BSD is more permissive.

Something else that could be useful, is to include a makefile for a standard linux distro that doesn't use Spack.

Lastly, it could be cool to have example(s) that tightly integrate with an existing Braid example(s), like, examples/ex-02. You could show the convergence estimates matching up with runs of a Braid example.

We will be moving hypre to a dual Apache/MIT license soon (I had hoped to start the process before the holiday break). I would like to do the same with XBraid. This is a move made recently by Spack .

Cool! If we could move XBraid to an open permissive license, that would be fantastic. From that perspective, it probably makes sense to put Andreas' convergence estimate code out under an Apache/MIT license.

Would you wait until XBraid has moved to an Apache/MIT license or should I add a license now?
(Note: Spack uses MIT and Apache-2.0)

Regarding the Makefile:
XBraid-convergence-est will build irrespective of how Armadillo was installed.
As long as it can pick up the library through -larmadillo.
But I can remove the load-packages (and similar) targets if that's better.

I like the idea of using one of the existing XBraid examples. I'll update the to-do list above.

If you went ahead and released this new code with Apache/MIT, then it would mix fine with the current XBraid. Basically, XBraid's current LGPL license is <= Apache/MIT, with respect to permissiveness. So, the two codes would be compatible.
