What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a random charactersheet
2. Click on an item
3. See the nice "sorry for being an a**h***"-message
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The good old Armory with nice iteminfos
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The only solution I can imagine is to include the items from the gamedatabase
into the arsenal.
