Support -o[ffset] option to skip video partition or other headers #33
Description
As explained in #32 (comment), we might want to provide an option for skipping sectors / bytes.
This would lead to support for redump images.
Generally, I'm not sure if this is too helpful, and it feels like a hack.
In the linked comment, I've proposed alternatives that I have personally used in the past.
