Issue when inserting onic module [U45N]

Hi. I'm trying to use network interface of my U45N board with onic.

But, inserting the onic module keeps failing.
The screenshot below is the dmesg logs

I programed my board with open nic shell bitstream before inserting the module.
What have I missed?

Please help me... Thanks.
