Demo creator should be simplified into a scratch-style drag-and-drop builder #22

Description

@Yashb404

Summary

Current demo creator is too complex and should move toward a simpler scratch-like drag-and-drop authoring experience.

Current Behavior

  • Authoring flow is dense and editor-heavy.
  • Step composition is less intuitive for first-time users.
  • High friction for common workflows.

Expected Behavior

  • Visual drag-and-drop authoring for step blocks.
  • Clear flow from draft -> preview -> publish.
  • Reduced complexity for beginners while preserving advanced controls.

Scope

  • Design simplified creator IA and interaction model.
  • Introduce draggable step blocks and reorder mechanics.
  • Add contextual quick actions for common step patterns.
  • Keep advanced editing available behind progressive disclosure.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users can add/reorder/delete steps via drag-and-drop.
  • Common authoring tasks are faster and require fewer clicks.
  • Advanced options remain available without cluttering default UI.
  • New flow is validated against at least one end-to-end demo creation scenario.
