RunicLib Latest Version crash on startup with or without Sintyra

I have no idea why or how, but RunicLib just randomly crashes on startup. I read a little bit of the Crash Report, which said that the Sintyra Forge-Fabric Mod Connector I was using for Oceanic Delight might be involved, but below is the Crash Report for after I removed Sintyra and all Forge-Fabric dependent mods:
