1.21.1 NeoForge Runiclib failing to load correctly

crashdump here if system specs are needed too let me know

i was making a mod pack, while making it my laptop actually crashed fully and upon booting back up it was giving me this error. it was also doing this with serene seasons. ive tried reinstalling the mod fully, tried different versions, neither mod will work anymore and im at al loss as to why. im not very good with this stuff so id appreciate maybe some help. im also using curseforge to make it easier to make if that helps
