When user request help using mesh assistant it logs to events but when an agent click dismiss button it does not log on event. So we dont know if the request is cancelled by the user or done by agent.
Also, the pop up notification is still there even if the request already dismissed

Add to event logs who dismissed the request or if cancelled by the requestor on both server logs and remote machine
Dismiss also the pop up notification above if already done/cancelled
